Delivery

Orders within Greater Cairo, Giza, and Alexandria arrive in 2-5 business days. All other Egyptian governorates will receive their orders within a maximum of 5-7 business days.

Noting that Fridays and all regional/national holidays do not count as business days.

Exchanges and Returns

Exchanges can be made within 14 days of receiving the order.

Refunds can be requested within 14 days of receiving the order, without any additional fees.

You can return or exchange your item within 7 days of receiving it. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags attached.

Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are covered by the customer.

Sale items or products purchased during promotions cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds are issued in cash once the returned item has been received and inspected.
